I would second that - the two volume set "Road to War" and "Enigma" By Max Williams is good value for money. (Published by Ulric of England).
I was in Prague the year before last and picked up a large photographic history of Heydrich - some excellent photos in it of his life in Prague , his assisination and his funeral procession through the City - not expensive in terms of books about £20 as far as I can recall.
