My last and very hard work...

When a plan to which a lot has been dedicated takes life finally, the emotion is always strong. The first feeling is that one of liberation, understanding like aim of thousand hards work, passed hours to read and to correct, to replace this or that photo, this or that text. Endured after it has beginning the period of the doubts: it could be made better? It was possible to render a concept, a more descriptive image more incisive?. It is not my first book, but sure it has been that hard one, what it has demanded the greater attention in phase of planning and, realization. In this psychological condition I'm happy for introducing my last hard work: the Book "Rome 1943-1944 Then & Now", written with Alessandra Mori (an roman photographer) and enriched from the preface signed from the Mayor Walter Veltroni. The book is of great format (33 x 23cm) with 130 pages, nearly entire photographic (530 photos to the inside, more 3 maps and 4 designs) divided in eight chapters, from september 1943 considers the life of the eternal city to leave from the september 8 until its liberation, the 4 june 1944. The volume follows the tradition of the "Then & Now" in "After the Battle" style (but with the photos "Now" in colors) and cover the entire time of the life of Rome and the Romans from the nazi occupation until the arrival of the Allied troops. For greater information, you can visit the website dedicated to this volume (and of Cassino of next born): www.ierieoggi.net, or that one of the Editor www.heraldeditore.it, or write to my of e-mail address: marco.marzilli@libero.it
Best regards to all and sorry for my not perfect english.
