Can someone tell me where i get the book and how much does it cost today?

Hello f-16, there are many SS books, among others...that I have looked for on Abe books for 5 years-- and never find them. Some books surface every few years, only if you are lucky. As for price .... well, all booksellers now are asking higher and higher prices when they see a swastika and Much more money when they see SS runes--even when these book sellers usually know nothing in the militaria field. You need to be saving money for the time you might find it! I actually find the rarest SS books on militaria sites more often, and usually cheaper, than from booksellers now-a-days. I have always found this site helpfull when looking for German books. I just typed in Gebirgsjaeger der Waffen-SS in Schnellsuche and it was Nr. 7 in the list. For some reason when I tried to post the entire link to include the search it did not work...

You dont always find every book, I sure dont.

You may have to resign yourself to the fact that this book may not be for sale anywhere...at least not on the web, if anywhere at this time.

There are many many books I know are in existence, and yet have had to search for years for them. Some I have never found even though I know everything about the book, author , publisher and year published.

It is just the way it is.
