Movie Review-Before the Fall (Napola)
Hello folks,
I would like to suggest to people out there a great movie I saw this weekend. It is called Before the Fall or by it's European title Napola. It is a comming of age film that takes place during Nazi Germany in 1942. I don't want to give the movie away, but it is about a young man in the HJ who has great potential as a boxer, and is allowed to attend an NPEA school. There he befriends a young pacifist who happens to be the son of the local Gaulieter.
While a lot of the film was predictable, I still enjoyed it and really liked the HJ and NPEA uniforms. I really liked the unform of the Gaulieter, Coburg badge and all.
It is made by the same film company that produced Downfall. So I give Before the Fall or Napola a big thumbs up!
