Got this one in the mail a few days ago. Basically a listing of all known RK / RK Oaks / RK Oaks-Swords / RK Oaks-Swords-Diamonds / RK Gold Oaks-Swords-Diamonds / Grand Cross winners from previous German Texts.

Anyone got it, heard of it? Appears to be quite thorough.

Yep I've got it,bought it from eBay...don't think I've looked at it much,it's quite dusty Like you say it does appear to be very thorough.

I would vote Veit Scherzer`s new book on RK winners to be far more accurate. Only available in German though.

This work is a direct translation from the German language of the Peer-Fellgiebel work. Until the recent release of the Veit Scherzer book (which I have to admit, I have yet to purchase a copy) the Peer-Fellgiebel work was the recognised 'authority' for the complete listing of all Ritterkreuztrager. I understand that the Scherzer book has argued some awards which the former book includes however, the details of which I do not have at hand. I will eventually obtain a copy of the Scherzer book but in the meantime I am still using Fellgiebel as the 'yardstick'.
