    Accompanying CD?
At Rathau on the Aller, the CO of 5th Royal Tanks advanced on foot to take a cautious look into the town before his tanks moved in. He encountered one of his own officers, a huge Welshman named John Gwilliam who later captained his country's rugby team, 'carrying a small German soldier by the scruff of his neck, not unlike a cat with a mouse.' The Colonel said: 'Why not shoot him?' Gwilliam replied in his mighty Welsh voice: 'Oh no, sir. Much too small.'

Now that looks interesting. If I had a criticism of the book it would be that the quality of the colour printing isn't quite up to snuff, especially when you consider the subject matter. I hope the CD becomes readily available.

Companion CD is a more accurate choice of words! Yes, it is available for anyone who wishes to see the images in detail. They can be ordered from:

          Neil Stewart & Tim Curley
          Tiger-III Books
          4305 State Bridge Road, Suite 103 -135
          Alpharetta, GA 30022
          USA

The price is $20 postpaid. That is surface for US and non-US customers (unless non-US customers are willing to pay an additional $3.50 airmail fees).

                  Hi Marc,

That is correct. The CD is a separate product that complements the book. Since you are in the US, your postpaid cost would be $20 and can be paid with cash, check or MO to the address up above in this thread or by PayPal at: waffenrock@bellsouth.net

                  Thanks,

Thank you both for this masterpiece. I just ordered mine one minute ago from Bender. Now I need to order the CD. Do you think you may start a book on the Wehrmacht uniforms as well?

Fantastic Steve. I just need to buy your best wrapper so I can contribute also.

Robert ...don't forget the self-propelled artillery wrapper.

I would be interested in editing and designing such a book provided I had recognized experts doing the basic writing. This is an area where my knowledge (yes I have some wraps) is not as extensive as many of you more specialized collectors.

I have just received my copy of the book here in far away Australia, and am absolutely gobsmacked, a magnificent book, apparently the delay was that Neil had to translate it into Australian for me!

The messenger you sent it with was absolutely pooped, now he has to swim back again!!!

OK Neil, you win, I am out the back selling my humble few Luftwaffe items to try and obtain one of these masterpieces.

I will need another book I guess, as I have framed this one.

OK, will stop now, ...but congratulations to both Neil and Tim for an outstanding contribution to our hobby,

                                Best wishes

                                Bob
