Well if you like to read completely unobjective crap from a one sided journalist then this is the book for you. It is entitle"Inside The Resisitance: The Iraqi Insurgency and the Future of Iraq" written by Zaki Chehab. My copy is bruised and battered from being thrown against the wall so many times.
It is really too bad the author could not control infusing his personal feelings into what could have been a very good read. I will say that the sections of the book covering the insurgencies birth and organization were very insightful, as was one of the final chapters detialing Iraq's long standing ties to Palestine. And it was interesting to read excerpts from his interviews with Iraqi tribal elders concerning their view of the occupation. For those two chapters alone it is worth a look....but if you are sensitive to one sided reporting leaning heavily anti-American.....then proceed with caution.
