Name The Film ? Help Please

HI there ,im trying to find out the name of a war film i saw as a kid ,
i think it was U.S made in the late 1960`s ? it conserns an american band ,whos bus is captured by the germans durring the battle of the bulge , they hide an american soldier amongst them who just happens to play a trumpet ..i think it was ?

any way ...hope some one can help as its ` bugging me big style `

My first post here, so I do hope I get it right, ... I think the movie that your referring to, is called 'Counterpoint', by Universal Pictures, made in 1968, colour, and goes for 107 minutes, it starred Charlton Heston, and Maximillion Schell, Directed by Ralph Nelson and the producer was Richard Berg.

Charlton Heston plays the American symphony conductor, along with his orchestra, who are captured by the Germans during the Battle of the Bulge.
