Battlefield 2--anyone been playing?

Just bought it today on ebay for $36, can't wait to play it!

I've been playing since bf1942, and I can't wait for the forgotten hope mod (The BEST bf1942 mod EVER!) to be ported to bf2.

Been playing since the release, game gonna need several patchs before its right.
The game is O.K. but does have issues, i.e.. the guns suck, the maps get boring
after awhile and the only true way to gain metals (not including cheating) is to
jump in armor and kill. The mods are gonna be the backbone to this game
and I bet they will be excellent [Forgotton Hope]. Not to mention, we want WWII gameplay!!!!!
