Are there any books in English about these two Generals?

I'm not aware of any English language biographies of these two (although there may be some out there); however, here are some older (and probably out-of-print) excellent volumes on German generals:
1. Hitler's Generals, edited by Correlli Barnett, 1989 (includes both Model and Manteuffel)
2. Hitler's Generals, Richard Brett-Smith, 1977 (includes Model)
3. German Generals of World War II, F.W. von Mellenthin (himself a WWII German generalmajor), 1977 (includes both Model and Manteuffel).

There is a book in English about General von Manteuffel. It is, "Panzer Baron, The Military Exploits of General Hasso von Manteuffel" by Donald Grey Brownlow. The book was published by, The Christopher Publishing House in 1975. Copies are still out there. It's a great read. Good luck.
