who was in the 3./Fallsch. Pi. Btl. Witzig.
This Coy under command of Oblt. Friedrich
did participate at night drops and glider
operations in Algeria by the end of 1942.
You will find few lines in "Green Devils !"
on page 78/79.
Wolfgang Budde wrote a little and
interesting book about operations he did,
his capture and captivity. The publisher is

No James, sorry I never learnt German at school and I have been in contact with hundreds of german vets... how are you explaining that ? When there is nothing about your favorite subject in your own language, are you going to choose another subject of interest ?
