Hitler’s Last Soldier in America by Gärtner/Krammer

Does anyone have the book listed in the title? I am looking to pick a copy up for sentimental reasons. Back in my college days, Krammer took me under his wing and I never got around to reading his book, but he told me first hand accounts of how Gärtner’s coming out happened.

I do not, but had Krammer's 1st book, "Nazi Prisoners of War in America" back in the late 1970s--well written, and probably the 1st book on the topic:
