wheel and tire size

I am working on a old non military kit that I would like to put
military style wheels and tires on. I have found all sorts of wheel/tire
upgrade kits but none of them tell me what the actual size is. They mostly
just say it fits a whatever scale this or that truck.

Could one of you guys measure a tire for me than then give the kit
it is on?

What I hope to find is something with an outside dia of roughly 25.5mm
and one that is 31.5mm.

If you have a wheel set you're interested in do a quick search for reviews. Often the actual dimensions of the wheel/tires will be given in a review since that can turn into a big issue with armor builders.
