    Here's my Solido Panzer collection

Just 3 so far but I think this will grow soon.
These are French made solido diecast tanks. Dated from 1960's to early 70's.
Their factory used to be based near Normandy!

        Hi,

the Jagdpanther was always a favorite of mine.

A few variants of each model exist... And some Tiger versions have an incomplete muzzle brake.

I'm not sure that the Tiger exist with a color front cover, but at least this next amazing boxset exist :

Haven't seen the boxes in a long time. I still have an ordnance tan Jagdpanther somewhere, sans box though. Good memories.....

                  Solido Tiger

Nice heavy metal toy. They don't make anything like this today.

Those are really cool - like the box art as well.

                        They bring back some memories.

I still have the 1969-70 editions of Scale Models magazine which occasionally reviewed Solido models. In England, the Tiger was pretty expensive in those days at 46/6d. By comparison, Tamiya's 1/35 Schwimmwagen was 13/-
