1/35 Tiger 1 with interior

This model is now almost finished, but is until now that I could save the pictures from the early stages of this build.

The owner of this model supply varius photoecht sets that he wanted incorporated into this model, in these pictures some of those details can be seen before painting.

As soon as I finish some exterior details and weathering of the tank, will post pictures of the final model and then it will be on the way to its future owner.

I wish they had those interior sets 10 years ago ... I built the Tamiya 1/25 Tiger I and had to build/correct the interior from scratch

Yes indeed, today almost anything can be found as a detailing set, from common to the most obscure subjects!...but some years back...not much was available and even if it was it was extreamly expensive, hard to find and a LOT of work to make it look good, today the quality is first class references are aboundant, from history to technical, we can say we are now in the "golden era" of superdetailing sets and model kits.

Your Tiger must be quite impresive in 1/25 scale and with the scrachtbuilt interior even more, I love these type of scale models because they are truly unique since the fabrication is done from scracht by the builder and there will be no other like it. Would love to see pictures of your Tiger 1, I really enjoy seeing and sharing the scale model works of fellow modelers.

Needs MP-40 mounted somewhere near the commander's position on turret wall with leather strap, spare ammo pouches would also be near there as well.

Some more work on this one,this are "old pictures" of the work done, need to take new pictures now, the interior in these photos are still unfinished and details missing, but now is already finish and compleat, working on the outside/paint/weathering stage now.
