Felixstowe plane 1/72 on progress

Another I am working hard to finish and was wayyyyy behind, the owner have been very kind and patient, I am very grateful.

This is a resin kit in 1/72 scale of the WWI floatplane Felixstowe, almost nothing of what you see in these pictures is visible now after the fuselage halves are joined...but...we know the detail is there anyway! These are old pictures at the start of the project.

This model is almost compleated now and will post pictures as soon as is fully finished.

Mike,thanks for the kind words, an you are correct, some times it looks like it's a waste of time to do all these parts that will be invisible when the model is finished, but is good to know that they are there, wait until you see the paintjob on this plane fuselage!!!!

Wingnut have this same plane in their magnificent 1/32 scale line, that would really be a neat scale and detail tour of force!!!
