Sdkfz 234/3
-First Images
This is my 234 chassis, previously seen as a 234/2 and 234/1 now with the third option, the 234/3 with the L24 75mm version used by reconnaissance units from July 1944 to the end of the war. The kit is the one offered by Alfonso(VIAAD) and David Cueter. Thanks to both for making this piece available. Also thanks to Tim (Plasticpanzer) for making the base kit, Dennis(toysurgeon) for the 234/1 turret and to Steve at (Panzerwerk), John (Armorguy), Mike Stannard and Dave(Armorpax) for all the key parts that made this trio possible.
Added an Armorpax metal MG mount to the rear and added some storage space on the inside of the armoured plates. Added a resin antenna base from Mike Stannard, originally made for a 250.
Here are side shots of the three 234:
234/1
234/2
234/3
