The biggest problem I've recognised with these 1/6th figures is making the clothing and equipment sit realistically on the body. Because they lack the real weight of the cloth they don't have that weighted down look and gives the figures an unnatural look about them. Very difficult to get right in my opinion, German Greatcoats and parka's and other bulky garments are particularly bad for it.

Satcong, So true. That is the problem all around, with facial expressions, body movements, and the clothing. Maybe they'll develop something to address these issues. The evolution of 1/6 figures has been pretty amazing, and there must be someone working on these issues, other than those artists who do it themselves. There is a guy in England who makes uniforms etc. himself, and then uses the things he makes for his own very detailed and lifelike displays, for museums and such. I bought a WW1 German helmet from him. He does fantastic work.

Excellent work, Jim! I'd say those German models deserve mini CCCs one day!
