The running gear where supposed to look like a red mud kinda. Not so much rust but I does look like rust. I used a few rust pigments to try to simulate the red. It should look more like mud after the woodland scenics snow is on! I am going to mainly apply that to the recesses in the tracks. Did I mention I have a panther coming up? These will all be a part of a big 1/18 diorama!!!!
