never made a boat on these scale, yet I think it si not coming out that badI have to worke on the cabels, and the crew, but here is my U boat at a90% completion

        Beautiful model, congrats!

Is it difficult to build a model like that?

I have never made any model before, should I start with a easier one?

To tell you the truth, the model itself is eassy to build, , just the small parts like hand rails, the 88 and the 20mm offer a small chalance as it had a lot of mold lines, but nothing that cajses problems.

The painting of the model is evrything!!!!

There are also some nice accesories ot there, but I belive that this model has been discontinued but yoy can still find it in E bay or in the Web.

There si also another late type VII C, the type XXIII and XXI availbale in 1/72 scale, never seen the type IX in these scale

Excellent work, you have really captured an authentic look

I have made U Boats on smaller scales but not as good a finish as yours!

Since I hand not made a 1/72 since my early teens, I really didnt know how to begin, I was to used to 1/6 figuers, yet I think I used about two to three coats of paint, with gouge and oil colors
