            Back again. Here's my conversion of Dragon's Monte Cassino figure. It's basically good, but the head needed replacing, so I went further with the arms etc. The head is a scratch built one I made from a casting in plumbers putty.

              The helmet straps are toothpaste foil, and the arms are scratch-built too. I know - the base needs more rubble!

                                Thanks Bob and Swordfish, I appreciate the comments.
                                I got tired of not finding the faces I wanted or the poses. Here's a couple of figures that are, obviously, in progress.
                                The first is a 200mm figure of an SS schutze I'm converting into a Tunisian campaign soldier in a 3rd pattern tropical tunic, breeches and long tropical boots.
