My model trenches

Not a new project. I dug them when I was 10 or 11. Shot some photos before I plowed them under. I think I had them around for a few months where I would put model soldiers in them and "shell" the postions with my BB guns. Sometimes the troops were wounded and sometimes they made it by fine.

Just thought I'd share. They were revetted just like real trenches. Hell when it rained they filled up just like real trenches too

You can see a second line of defense or "last ditch" on the right hand trench system.

Ahhhhh yes....the BB Gun days. I do miss those times...
