    Tiger I Ausf. H2, 7.5cm KwK42

    Hello friends!

I am sharing with all you one of my last models finished in 2019. I hope you like it:

This is the Tiger I Ausf. H2, 7.5cm KwK42 from Dragon in 1/35th scale. This Tiger I Ausf. H2 was a prototype by the Henschel company. Only a wooden mock-up of the turret was ever made, as Henschel eventually decided to focus on the H1 type in late 1941 and the turret with the 7.5 cm gun was discarded.

    Regards!

Very well-done and interesting model. I didn't know such a beast existed, in reality or kit form.

      Hello Mike!

Thanks for your kind comments!. This type of model was based in the wooden model 1:1 of an unfinish proyect, the allies found it with some planes; in my work in progress you can see the original wooden model and his History:

Great looking modell. When I saw it first it looks like a Panther turret on a Tiger...

Thanks for your kind comments friends!. Yes, it looks rare with these strange combination of chassis and turret.

Very nicely done! I agree with Rodolfo, when I first saw this, I was curious as to what a panther turret was doing on a tiger!. All in all very nice!
