            Ah yes, Mad Jack. AKA Lieutenant-Colonel John Malcolm Thorpe Fleming "Jack" Churchill. Quite the nutter, but in a good way. See what family money and position in British society will let you get away with. I could not imagine an enlisted man getting away with shooting an enemy combatant with a long bow, let alone having the connections to smuggle it aboard the troop transport. Oh well, different times different values, not like the whiney politically correct days we live in.
