Hello all,

I am sure many people have heard of this site: http://www.militarie-repliky.cz/

I emailed the owner about making some ammo pouches and he replied back saying he is a bit busy and it will take about 6-7 weeks and he will let me know the full total after it is complete. I replied back and told him that is fine and told him thank you for making it for me.

Well, it is the 12th week and since then I emailed him three times asking how it was going and if he can let me know when to expect it. I don't want to sound pushy and email him again. So far, I have not received one reply (except for one auto-reply saying he was out).

I know from searching, there are many comments about his products and all were very positive about his quality. I am almost nearing completing of my impression and this one has me worried about completing it due to the pouches. I want to see if anybody else that have current orders with him and are experiencing delays or no email replies.

I understand that you want the pouches and i have not dealt with the man but if somebody said to me "im busy now,it will be 6 or 7 weeks" i would have told him to stick it but thats just me.

I think you deserve better,i mean who is the customer here!!

Thanks Ross.

He is the only one to make those repro pouches though, and I already spent several hundred creating my impression. If I don't hear back, I am going to be stuck on this one item.

I've purchased a few KuK items from him to complete a helmet for display -- this was probably ~3 months ago. I had no issues. Quality of the items I received was excellent. I used him based upon reported excellent experiences of others. Responses to my e-mails were timely -- never more than a day or so after sending.

I really appreciate your feedback on this. How long did it take from first ordering to completion? When you meant 3 months, you received it 3 months ago? I think something went wrong and it seems he is refusing to make it for me now. Was three emails too much and I am already "spamming" him? All I asked was how the pouches are coming a long, especially when it is on the 12 week and was promised on the 7th week or so. I emailed him again this weekend about how he was the last source to get an item made and literally begging him to let me know. Usually orders like these require to pay in advance, right? He never asked for anything.

I have several people tell me that he replies back to them really quickly. I have no idea why he is refusing to make me the pouches.

Looking through my e-mails, I made an enquiry (mid-July) about a chinstrap and received a reply 2 days later. Traded a couple of e-mails on the same day as the initial reply; confirmed the total cost (with shipping); and made payment. Received a reply a few days later that my item had been shipped. Transit time for shipping was pretty quick -- about 4-5 days.

In my case, I purchased an in-stock item (helmet chinstrap) so it was all pretty straight-forward.

He finally got back to me, I paid, and he sent all my stuff out immediately. The quality is just amazing. Even though the communication stopped, but after he got back to me, it was quick responses after that. My emails were somehow going to spam. I bought the bayonet frog and ammo pouches from him.
