Estonian veterans need our help!!

Hi guys!

I'm writing this message on behalf of the Estonian Veterans Association, all of them from the 20th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS, that are in need of financial support for medications, food, medicine, etc..

Nearly all of them are in very bad living conditions..

We are asking for small donations or any kind of help.

If each man were to write about his war experiences and personalize his story with their names and career history , I think they might find many folks who are collectors to sponsor each of them. People who help like to know something about who they are helping before committing , but it is nice you championed their cause. Does the group have a name?
I'm sure many wonder if they are all really ss men, and others might need some tangible proof to not have have pause if there happen to be some that committed War crimes and are still wanted. People who may help need to know to be sure , but if some had, they wouldn't likely say regardless..... Even if they have an original photo of themselves in ss uniform in the day, that would help prove their affiliation, and possibly get some help. Also without their names and birth dates , how would you know if any are really currently alive or deceased , or if any are even still alive because sometimes things like this have been ruses in the past.
Doesn't their government or Germany help veterans who fought for their country with some kind of compensation for medical care? Just asking what many are thinking but are afraid to inquire about.
Lots of lonely men for example communicate with women that are single they never met who ask for money, then send them regular checks only to later find out they were sending money to some guy locked up in prison somewhere, so if you see where I'm coming from I think some proof that's tangible may be in order...
