I don't know wether it's that people genuinely doubt it or are afraid to conclude he got away. The Skulls pieces held by the Russians were confirmed not to be Hitler's by DNA testing.

The main problem with the story that Hitler killed himself is there is no evidence but that of loyal nazi member testimony.

We can't fathom they might have lied to protect their leader?

But this is nothing new at all ... this info has been out there for some years (since 2009). The skull piece didn't belong to Hitler ... it was not even found at the same time as his body, but a year or so later (but in the same location). The dental work stored in Moscow has been examined by experts several times - there is no doubt that it was Hitler's dental work. It was attached to his jaw, not some denture that could have been removed and planted to hide his escape. So, unless Hitler had someone remove most of his jaw so he could get away in secret ...
