Help aging a USMC HBT uniform from the Pacifc

Hi, I was wondering if anyone new how to age a USMC HBT uniform to look like this?
I like how it looks, but I don't want to pay a huge amount of money for it. Any help is appreciated

Give it to a homeless guy to wear for a month then buy it back of the guy for $40.
It will look and smell great.
    I hope this helps.

Not sure what the reasoning is for the question? You want to buy one that looks like that that is a repro? Or do you have a repro and want to make it look old , then sell it as original? Or maybe you have a repro and want to make it look like it is old, for reenactment, so can you explain the motivation? I see lots of fakes HBT shirts , but even still they are also pricey. The other guy was not far from the truth..

I'd just have a repo that I'd like to make it look old for display

You can achieve the look without really fooling anyone (the smell is the give away).

                Hi,

Often USMC equipment and uniforms became much lighter in color, partially from sun fading but also bleaching from the scouring powder they used for cleaning. I would probably try to go in that direction if I needed to 'age' a repo for display or re-enacting.

                Regards,
                -Steve
