B-17s...any ever tour in europe recently?

Here in the U.S. we have 10 or so touring around doing living history-revenue rides tours-airshows. But how bout in Europe, I know of a very few still flying there, do they tour too...and if, do any tour Germany? What kind of reception does a allied WW2 bomber get in todays Germany?? I have yet to find any articles covering this. any comments welcome!!

Only one in Europe and thats the UK's 'Sally B'

The French B-17 'Pink Lady' flew up until a few years ago and she is currently moth balled in Paris

You guys are very lucky over there !

Yea I consider myself lucky to have been able to take a ride in the CAF b-17 "Texas raiders" back in 2001...price was $350 for the run of the mill everywhere except the tail & the ball turret back then. Now its way more expensive to experience this thrill. I got lots of pics but not on a pic hosting site, only on my computer. I don't see an option here to up load pics straight from a local computer ...so no pics posted. VERY LOUD awesome experience!

I also have lots of pics inside & outside of a He-111 (since crashed, destroyed with loss of life) if I'm not mistaken was used in filming battle of Britian.
