28th July 1914 Austria-Huingary declares War on Serbia. Later in the evening the Empire strikes back at Serbia for harboring the Black Hand Terrorist organization that Killed Archduke Franz Ferdinand, nephew of Emperor Franz Josef and heir to the Austro-Hungarian Empire by Shelling a Serbian Military installation. The Powder Keg had been lit and the fuse was burning down. The Next Day Austro-Hungarian Gun Boats Shelled Belgrade. The inevitable invasion would not begin until 12 July 1914. Germany would invade Belgium on 4 August bringing England into the conflict. The Stage was set for the world's first world war.
