Really? I stayed at the youth hostel there years ago and had a good look around. The location isn't that great, pretty ordinary beach.
We sneaked into the closed areas and had a good look around, all the rooms are tiny, those people are going to have to spend a lot of money modifying the building knocking down internal walls to modify it to make it remotely luxury.
