I'm getting the "alien screen" in the proper section for this...but wanted to share with anyone interested. The Julia's Auction "Afrikakorps" Kubelwagen sold for $74,750.00 (including the buyers premium).....

Well, for that kind of money I assume it will be properly cared for and un-messed with.

It seems rather cheap to me considering the price one has to pay for original helmets or uniforms of the same campaign.
