Hello Gary!
It was a big honour for my Group to be first in defile at Arnhem road bridge!
We were very proud and happy!
It was the best time in our life all visit in Holland durning all celebrations in this year!
It was very nice to meet you, it was our first meeting my friend but wasn't time for longer conversation......sorry!
I hope that we can to meet in next year!

So all the memebrs here know who you are, Jacek runs an excellent Polish Airborne group, based in Poland itself. I am very impressed by this group having been with them in Arnhem this past two years. Boy can these guys sing!

How are you? I hope that everything is OK?
I saw all photographs from Arnhem events in September!
It was very good time for me and very important time for all members in my group becouse......In last year in Holland from my group was only 8 members.....in this year I had 16 members! Two people was from USA and Australia!
Most of new members ( 10 people !) was in Holland first time!
Now all my Group have a "New Power" ( If you know what I mean?) for activity in next moths ahead!
Now we have more ideas in our activity!
Thanks for your opinion about my group, we try to be a good reenactors!

Hello Jacek;
A very old dear friend(Mazur Bartek,deceased)jumped at Arnhem in1944.
He attended a reunion at Arnhem in recent years before his death.Unfortunately,I never could get "reenactors"here("Polish Airborne reenactors") to contact him about his experiences before he passed away.
At the reunion in Arnhem some years back he actually wore his wartime blue beret & uniform that he was wearing during the Arnhem jump.He still had his original Fairburn knife too.
He was a medic,having escaped from occupied Poland TWICE before finally getting to England and joining Sasabowski.His story is really incredible and I had tried for years to get him to write it down;he was just beginning to do this when he died 2 years ago.His ashes were taken to Poland by his widow Kay.
If your organization would care to get in touch with his family I can arrange it as they are dear friends.
PM me please if interested as I don't want them pestered with collectors.
