Apologies if previously posted. I am shocked at this photo, taken 2008, modern grave robbing, German graves disturbed, former Pitonmik airfield.

Truly the lowest form of human being, in the pursuit of profit, would partake in such acts. Let this photo stand as testimony to those who 'invest' in 'ground dug items', ground dug indeed!! The Bast**ds that did this I hope you burn in Hell!

Absolutely appalling - reminds me of when someone was selling helmets on ebay years ago and he posted a photo of the people digging them up with 3/4 helmets with the skulls still in them - god did he get a tirad off me and I reported it to ebay - only took ebay 3 days to remove the auction

I vote all personal ground dug relics for sale here be removed, with the exception of vehicle and tank relics.

They've been doing this in Russia , the Ukraine, etc. for a long time. Since the end of the war, they've been destroying German military cemeteries. These last decades, I'm surprised there's any graves left for them to rob or deface.
I guess the photo that started this thread shows there's still spots--even in
former Stalingrad area. I've heard the Russians didn't even bury their dead.

So does that inc Medals and awards and Gen Equipment that were thrown away but the Retreating Germans or the fact that a couple of young men were blasted the pieces or Burnt alive inside there tanks so that's Ok with you?? but not helmet or what ever IS GROUND DUG...do me a favour and before you Post a comment Look at your Collections and i will bet you ANYTHING,, 1 or more item's would of been removed from a deceased Person. in one shape or another.......

I mean to seperate grave sites from other.
Not many fallen were buried with a Panther track under their coffin.
