Yes, the tarn jackes are special order. I made the blurred edge one and the planetree one was $300-350 I think?? Deal with Juan not Steve FYI.

A great thread with some great items Jurgen! I can confirm I have also asked SMW for items they don't have on their site or E-Bay store and they've taken the order. I had them make up an Italian cammo M44 for me (obscure I know, I've seen 2 purported to be original !). I ordered and paid via their E-Bay store as I feel it's a safer, more reliable way to order. I also paid for a selection of M42 cammo caps via their E-Bay shop despite them not being offered there. As they say, if you don't ask, you don't get!

NB - I ordered my M44 jacket one size up (44" instead of my usual 42") as I think their sizing is a little tight IMHO. It was a perfect fit.

How is the quality of these clothes? Are they usable for hunting and outdoors use? I bought one jacket on fleabay and the quality was so poor i could see the sun thru it.

Who can you recommend for the best quality and best customerservice?

SMW hands down is the best all the way around but it's $$$. The chi-com crap on flea bay is 100% pure ****!!!

Nice camo Jurgen. Thanks for posting. Where in the world do you get a quality SS face veil like yours these days? I missed out when 1944 Militaria had them several years ago and regretted it ever since.
