I thought that this was a joke at first but good for them. I can't quite understand why they will only be 90% of the original size - not that you'll notice as they soar around the heavens.

That would be great. I hope they're able to complete the project but they'll have their hands full. A Typhoon would be nice also!

Maybe they only had enough material for 9 full size ones, but by reducing the size they could make another one. A bit like buying nine and get the tenth one free. Jacques
