I am not sure what the number means, pehaps a Feldpostnummer?
I am having difficulty reading the name, but it seems like a weird one, thus rare, thus perhaps researchable.
There will be no quick answer to your question. You have to see where and when the photo was taken, of what unit, etc. You can check in the German phone book, check the Volksbund website, perhaps send a letter to the Deutsche Dienststelle.
Basicaly, it is not worth it except if knowing more about this guy is very important to you.

I read the name as Koislmaier, if that is correct, there are two KIA matches in the Graves list, one for a Feldwebel killed in Normandy 20 June 1944 and another later in the War in 1945 for an Obgf. The number matches an OKH Staff transportation unit if it is a feldpost number. More interesting is the 243/5, which may be the unit number and company. The 243rd Division served in Normandy where and when the Feldwebel was killed so it could be AR 243 5th batterie etc. or another unit with the 243 designation. It is hard to be sure but with the pieces you can narrow it down, especially with an unusual last name.
