    Festung Thorn. Part II: Fort VII "Friedrich der Grosse"

    Hi,

    this time I would like to show you another Fort of Festung Thorn.

    I was wisiting this Fort some about month ago. It is almoust abandonned and has an unique atmosphere!

    Fort VII was a main artillery Fort, and... is huge
    Let the photos spoke for themselfs

                            sight on a Fort from western outskirt. In the bottom we can see wall that was used by Gestapo for shoting polish citizens during second world war... over 1500 victims lost here their lives.

                              That's all from Fort VII.
                              Soon I'll post pics from another Fort so get ready for another trip at former West-preussen
