crash at duxford flying legand airshow!

suprized this hasnt been posted!i was at the saturday airshow at duxford for their flying legands event and it was great but on sunday a P51D hit a Skyraider in formation! everyone survived but the P51D was sadly lost!a crying shame!

I saw a couple of Mustangs do a routine at East Kirkby last year, they were magnificent!

disgraceful flying...the routine seemed very lazily executed and god knows how much practice they did before-seemed very slap dash prior to the collision, imo.
in my opinion, those responsible should never be allowed to have their asses inside an historic plane cockpit ever again. absolutely inexcusable-savage tragic waste of a rare and irrreplaceable bird.
-and they should be made to go around picking up every single piece of the plane concerned. numbskulls...

What a shame, another one lost. Thankfully unlike the irreplaceable WWII bombers that are left there are many P-51s still around.

yep saw it with my own eyes.there was also a fokker tri plane that upended on landing.just makes you wonder how long before there are any left with the rate at which they are crashing.
