Not unless you count NASA or the Russian space agency.

              You bet they did Kiddo
Here's a plan of Viktor Schauberger's design and a pic of Will,s during a postwar flight with slight US modifications.

              Hey William
Where did you get a pic of my Dad's Vet Bringback. Now I,ll have to whack the site with my photon torpedo's.

The only reason the Apollo program was a success was due to people like Wernher von Braun and Walter Dornberger, whether you like it or not.

Yes, I think it was called Lebensraum. See
                  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lebensraum
Space starts at an altitude of 100 kilometers,
                  WW2 V-2 maximum altitude was 88 km (55 mi),
US V-2 highest altitude attained was 132 miles.

PS/ I met Wernher von Braun, and I worked on Apollo-Soyuz.

Hoss my friend, it was on the market at "germaniainternational.com". I am pleased to see a pic of the saucer, a wunderwaffen indeed. I have been hearing rumours for years that the French liberated the prototype.....

I,ve always held the opinion anything is possible. Those geniuses were working and dreaming of space travel and propulsion systems way ahead of their time. The world situation from the 30,s through to today spoilt everything leaving a mind set we have to burn and destroy to achieve anything even travel. What's needed is new thinking the results lay naturally in nature. Trouble is its free and does,nt cost anything, which is a big no no. New geniuses are working on it, just takes time.
We don't need more powerful this or that to achieve.

Yea, I know Iam out there all right.

Don't forget about space medicine....many, many victims of fatal experiments (high altitude conditions, pressure, lack of oxygene, very low temperatures) in camps....Priceless results of examinations for NASA and Soviets...

                              Sonnengewehr

At least some members of the Third Reich's scientific community entertained long-term (albeit fantastic) ideas about constructing an orbital weapons platform.
