Currently there is a German war graves cemetery (about 500 graves) and two memorials to those lost during both wars.
It was also the location of Stalag VIIB and a large Luftwaffe airfield (with mainly ME-110 and ME-410s and some other aircraft totally over 150 aircraft assigned)—maybe something remains of either of these.
it is fairly close to my house, so please let us know if there is anything left of the old POW lager or the airfield that are worth a visit.
