Midwest FIG train
I thought I'd share the news about a very interesting event that some very ingenious individuals are putting together.
A chartered train from the Chicago area to Harrisburg, PA for FIG...attire would be strictly German WW2, the train would include a dining car featuring German beer as well as period German music piped over the radio system. I believe the train would head East on Wednesday and begin the return possibly Saturday night. The individuals are working out a transfer system from Harrisburg to FIG as well as the weapons shipment issues.
I'm not sure of further details, sorry, but will post what I know, as I know it!
I personally thank the heavens that there are individuals out there that have the time to put something like this together!
