i've seen these pictures before and thank god they aren't reenactors (I hope)
they honestly to me look like stormtroopers on steroids
I have no clue who or what they are but they are but whatever they do it is not reenacting LOL -

If they are an airsoft group, they have serious money.
MG42 and 34 airsoft guns are not cheap, around $1k-2k and they have ornate costumes.. uh sorry, uniform, and have an armored vehicle? It could be an expensive photo shoot.
Airsoft guns can have real ammo belt, as a decoration though. It is not possible to fire on a belt fed...yet

Well whoever made the costumes has the skills to make it as they want so I don't think they were trying to copy the video game for the fact that had they intended to they would have done it perfectly.

It seems to me I have seen this one day in a japanese manga/cartoon; and tha japanese would be just the types to reenact his stuff and spend large sums of money on it.
