do you fancy posting pics of your boots? then we can see how they measure against the 90 euro ones from china and it may help people source boots they currently need. cheers in advance.

Boots - Pictures
Hi,
here we go:
I´m sorry about the condition, but they have seen some action , at least 4-5 Reenactment-Events.
I´ve got them undyed and did this myself, but Mr. Berger dyes on demand.
Descrpition (but i´m not an Expert): Sole with woodpegs, rough side out on toe-cap, plain side for the bootleg, hooks and holes on the bootleg should be the right formation.
Regards,
Axel
P.S.: Mr. Berger is signed in here too, his username: HGBergerLast edited by Oelsardine; 01-15-2010, 05:35 PM.

Hello lads,
actually I did not recognize my boots when used, Axel. They look high on the picture Oelsardine has posted ( perhaps due to the angle the picture was taken from) but actually are not at least they have the official/regulation height between 14 and 16 cm measured from the heel/sole depending on the size.
The price per pair is 200 Euro in issue version ( your choise if toe plates are attached or just hob nails) and 205 Euro blackend.
This is for the shoes in issue version, means the sole is stitched and pegged with a double row of wooden pegs. Oelsardine has a pair without sole stitching as it was less expensie but if you want it as authentic as possible the sole stitching is mandatory.
My homepage needs to be redone and a pard of mine is working on it. In case you would like to have some pictures just email me at j.h.berger@lederarsenal.com
Regards
