    Hi guys,

    I thought i would share some photo's of my trip to Germany a few years ago,
    one stop was at Berchtesgaden and i had the oppotunity to visit The Eagle Nest... amazing scenery !!, with a Then and Now look.

                        That bus ride up to the entrance of the tunnel to get to the little gold elevator is really something isn't it!! appreciate the pics mate....brings it back!

                          Very nice photos! Thank you so much for sharing!! Is that Eisenhower in photo number 10?

                          It's interesting that the "Führer" himself wasn't up there many times, was afraid of allied bomb attacks and the height And the walls of the elevator is covered with mirrors, since he had Claustrophobia
