I only looked at the first page. These pictures are a mix. Some from Stalingrad, others from Demjansk, etc. Dont get to exited about them; its just showing the best stuff found by dozens of people all across Russia. I used to get all exited when I would see pics like this. Then I went there. I found a few things; but the pictures make you think its so easy to find all kinds of stuff. Actually, its hard work, lots of digging, and you dont find that much.
I know the people that are holding the swastica flag, I drank vodka with them. They found the flag in an MG box. Some of the guys are germans; and they were on an official grave search, with the authorities being informed. The pic with the MG42 and two bodies looks like it wasnt taken by grave robbers; who wouldnt have wasted time doing such a nice dig. Plenty of the things pictures surely come from non official grave diggers thow.
