"Hein was the "boy" of Oblt. Frerking. Oblt Frerking was killed during escape from WN62. He was not killed in the bunker but outside. On this spot where he was killed are still lying 6 Killed german soldiers "

Really? What are they waiting for to identify them?

I was told the WN62 is now US property, thats the main problem
There was the trick to rebuild WN62 to its original condition like in 1944 and during digging out the trenches ...woops there are remains from soldiers. He spoke with the mayor about this project, but he told him there is no way
without agreement from the US, so forget it

There are a lot of more sightseeing spot where are still killed german soldiers a buried (Azzeville, Pointe de Hoc ... ). I guess you have seen them all on Normandie pics but nobody cares

Well thats the sad story ...

I have difficulty believing that nothing would be done about remains found, particularly because there could very well be reamins of US soldiers mixed in.

It is one thing to know that there are remains buried "somewhere" in that field, and quite an other to actualy find the remains. Who is it who found these remains at WN 62? Mr Keusgen?
Is there any real evidence, like photos of the remains, etc?
