Tiger Tank build/rebuild?

I stumbed upon this websighthttp://www.tiger1.hu/galeria.html does anybody have any more info on this group? Was this a actual tiger hull/turret? or is this a total scratch build. Sorry for the repost on this subject from the panzer section.
