Well, if nothing else, they will be the squadron with the most movies and documentaries made about them. From what I have read, their record actually wasn't that outstanding but I am sure it will be adjusted for the movie. -
The Tuskeegee Airmen movie with Lawrence Fishburn wasn't bad. I don't see the point of making yet another movie about this subject.
Much more interesting would be to make a movie about Luftwaffe fighter pilots defending the Reich against overwhelming odds. The sheer courage it must have taken to attack a huge bomber stream head on for instance never mind the constant fear of being bounced by the Allied fighter cover and all the while knowing the War was lost anyway.Comment
