Hermann Hubig is believed to be alive (born 1912) -SS Standartenführer and commander of Einsatzkommando 1b of the Einsatzgruppe A.

I think Erich Ehrlinger was the last living SS Brigadefuhrer (died 2004) and Otto Kumm died a few months earlier.
